1) Delivery How to order:

     We use the following carriers: EMS, TNT, UPS, DHL, FedEx. We do not accept COD. The shipping time is 3-7 days depending on   location.Tracking Service : We will provide you with a tracking number, which will be sent to your email.

3) Is there Minimum Order required :

     We doing retail and wholesale business,customers not limited to order fixed quantity,you can even order one pair, however different quantity get different discounts,if you would get a lower price,you should try to make an order at or about 6 pairs.  if your purchasing for re-wholesale,you can order 12 pairs/carton.

4) Received the wrong order,what can i do :
    
     Customers have an option of either requesting a refund or and exchange for their merchandises,This request must me forward to us within 7 business days from delivery,and in both options,returned to our inventory within 10 business days from the date of receipt. The return address will be provided to you by a customer supporter after receiving request.Please NOTED: the used items will not accept refund or return. we accept REFUND.
